What it does

Manages EVM wallets and transactions through Foundry's cast CLI. Covers wallet creation and key import, balance checks, sending native coins and ERC-20 tokens, and transaction verification. Onboarding runs step by step, storing an encrypted keystore locally for agent use.

Why it's useful

Handles the full wallet lifecycle in a terminal without a browser extension or GUI wallet, keeping keys in an encrypted local keystore the agent can use directly.
