Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Zac Frulloni trading as Remote OpenClaw ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Remote OpenClaw provides remote implementation and support services for OpenClaw-based systems.
- Initial setup, hardening, and workflow configuration.
- Optional 14-day hypercare support after implementation.
- Optional Managed Care support plans (monthly).
- Guidance for OpenClaw, ClawDBot, and MOLTBot workflow operations.
All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment and Refunds
One-time implementation fees are charged upfront. Managed Care plans are billed monthly. Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
Implementation fees are non-refundable once delivery has started. If you cancel before work begins, we will issue a full refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Backups: You are responsible for full backups before work starts.
- Access: You must provide credentials and system access needed for setup.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for accurate infrastructure details.
- Compliance: You are responsible for lawful use of your automation stack.
5. Third-Party Software
OpenClaw and related integrations are third-party or open-source software. We are not the owner or maintainer of those products and cannot guarantee their uptime, roadmap, or future behavior.
6. Data and Access During Service
We may receive temporary access to systems, accounts, and environments necessary to complete work. You should rotate any shared credentials after setup completion.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote OpenClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Support Scope
Hypercare covers issues directly related to delivered implementation. New feature requests, third-party outages, and post-handover infrastructure changes may require additional paid work.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
