Anima converts text descriptions, website URLs, or Figma designs into full-stack web applications with a built-in database and hosting. It also generates design-aware code from Figma directly into existing codebases. Two paths: create and publish a standalone app, or integrate generated code into a project.
Handles design, code generation, database setup, and hosting in one step rather than requiring separate tools for each layer.
When to Use It
- Prototyping a SaaS dashboard from a plain-text description
- Cloning a competitor site into editable, hosted code
- Converting a Figma design file into a live web app
- Pulling Figma components into an existing React codebase
- Generating three app variants in parallel to compare visual directions
