What This Skill Does

xapi is a CLI tool for accessing real-time external data and third-party APIs from the terminal. It provides built-in capabilities for Twitter/X, crypto prices, web search, news, and AI text processing, plus proxy access to services like Reddit, Serper, and OpenRouter. All output is JSON by default, making it easy to chain with other tools.

One CLI covers Twitter data, crypto, web search, and AI text tasks that would otherwise require separate API keys and SDKs for each service.

When to Use It

  • Look up a Twitter user's profile and recent tweets
  • Check current BTC or ETH price and 24h change
  • Search the web or latest news for a keyword
  • Summarize or rewrite a block of text via AI
  • Find and call a third-party API without writing integration code
