Foam is a free, open-source personal knowledge management system built on VS Code using standard Markdown files with wikilinks. This skill provides tools to create and link notes, discover backlinks, suggest wikilinks and tags, manage daily notes, analyze the knowledge graph, and handle note renaming and deletion with automatic link updates.
Notes stay in standard Markdown files with no proprietary format, so they remain portable across any editor or tool.

- Finding all notes that reference a specific concept via backlink search
- Creating today's daily journal entry from a template
- Scanning a note and applying suggested wikilinks to existing note titles
