What This Skill Does

Constructs realestate.com.au search and listing URLs for Australian property searches. Supports filtering by suburb, price range, bedroom count, and property type, including buy, rent, and sold listings. No API key required.

Builds correctly encoded REA URLs without manual trial-and-error in the browser, including multi-suburb queries that require percent-encoded separators.
