GSD (Get Shit Done) is a structured project workflow that takes a project from idea to execution through questioning, parallel research, requirements scoping, roadmap creation, and phase-based execution. It uses an orchestrator and subagent pattern, spawning 4 parallel researchers and running verification loops before committing to execution. Commands cover the full lifecycle from initialization through milestone archival.
Combines the full plan-research-execute-verify cycle in one workflow rather than requiring separate tools or manual handoffs between planning and execution.
